We just recieved word that we are a judge, and will be receiving materials shortly for the SEE program, which is sponsored by Ashland University and is a high school economic and entrepeneurial education program designed to teach students about how our American free enterprise system works in the context of the global economy and with an emphasis on entreprenuership. One element of the SEE program is that most of the participating students prepare business plans in support of an entrepreneurial idea of theirs, with their business plans entered into a judged competition with small scholarship awards to the winning students. Nearly 600 students are participating! We are excited to help out with such a exciting program and look forward to receiving the business plans to judge here shortly!
UPDATE 6:46PM: We just received our package in the mail, it’s amazing to see young high school students passion and love they put into their business plans! Can’t wait to finish going through them!
